Due hardware failure, several dutch regions have problems with internet and telephony connections since 13.00 CET today. Currently the problems are known for the Rotterdam and the Hague regions, but more regions might be affected during the repair/replacement of the hardware. KPN Infra is working on the problem, but don’t give a timeframe about when the problem should be fixed.
The Vovone support team will directly update the affected customers during the progress of solving this problem.
Update 17.10 CET: KPN Infra solved the problems with the hardware.
