The past days upgrades are made to several regional networks in The Netherlands. KPN is upgrading the regional and national networks during CET after midnight timeframes, and primarily in the weekends.
In generic these interruptions take a few minutes up to maximum one hour, and latest gone during early mornings.
If for some reason the VoIPDSL connection is not running in the early mornings, KPN advised us to let customers reset the DSL modems, which we kindly ask our customers to do before calling Vovone Support.
When the VoIPDSL connection keeps interrupted, please contact the Vovone Support Team on the known numbers; they are available 24/7/365 to help our customers solving problems.
KPN also noted that their upgrades will continue in (other) selected regions during the next weeks.
