Due a unknown failure in the KPN backbone network, about 18% of our customers may experience problems connecting their trunks to the Vovone VoIP Hubs. Although the Vovone VoIP Hubs are on redundant networks and geographical wide spread locations, some customers are depending on KPN for the ‘last mile’ to their network.
The KPN network problems also includes PIN-transactions and businessDSL customers.
KPN announce that they are working hard to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
